Domestic orders ship via insured carriers — UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Processing time is 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. In-store pickup is available for online orders with proper ID verification. Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, DNR Jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so we recommend a secure delivery address.
Yes. Every natural diamond above 1ct comes with a GIA report. Lab-grown diamonds carry IGI certification. Reports are available for review before purchase.
Stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they're unworn, non-altered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Custom orders, engraved pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. See our full store policies for details.
Yes — custom design is one of our specialties. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start, and you'll review and approve the final design before any work begins. Once production starts, the order is locked in. Production time depends on design complexity and material availability.
We offer a 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or lost stones. Watch warranties are covered directly by the manufacturer and vary by brand. We also offer professional jewelry repairs, resizing, and watch servicing — pricing depends on the work involved.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Zelle, and financing options. We also offer a layaway plan: a 40% minimum deposit holds the piece, with the balance due within 90 days. All purchases must be paid in full before the item is released.
